Look and Feel --
Though every
step of the process can be enjoyable and
challenging, getting to the site's look
and feel seems to excite every client.
Here, more than any other step, is where
the possibilities are endless.
You can help us determine
your site's look and feel, first of all,
by searching through web sites that you
or your clientelle enjoy and telling us
what you feel their positive characteristics
to be. On the flip side, you might provide
us with a list of sites you definitely
do not like, and why. Both provide us
with valuable frames of reference to work
from. From there, though, it is our job
to draw forth your site from your imagination!
We'll do this by asking
you questions ranging from the hypothetical
to the probing, by working around your
logo, experimenting with several color
combinations, and trying out different
design styles. We will then present anywhere
from 1 to 5 design roughs of your front
page's look and feel.
Your feedback on our
work becomes critical at this point, and
remains so throughout the rest of the
site creation process. After going through
as many revisions as it takes to perfect
the look and feel, we move into coding.
